I've selected non veg while booking ticket but couldn't get lunch in my package. I ate lunch by paying 222 rupees extra. Is this the case?
@IRCTCofficial This is not closed. Your manager shouted on me in train bcoz I registered complaint. He has raised his voice in front of other passengers and told me that - I am a manager boss. This is absolute frustrating. I hope u take action. Also they are looting people, if possible call me
@RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial Despite selecting lower berth and choosing the option “Book only if allotted berth as given”, an upper berth has been allotted to my mother. She is a 67-year-old lady travelling alone, and it will be difficult for her to climb to an upper berth. Help
