I am not sure I follow, but in order to rent an e-bike you need to show a document that prooves your residency - that is the way it is set up at Swapfiets :-)

@nenamewilldo Hi John, we cannot track your bikeโs location or see its location history. Tracking is only activated in cases of high outstanding debt or if the bike is reported missing.
