@idea reduce my bill 24000 which you have charged without any reason or else I will disconnect 22 SIM cards as per corporate plan .your employee mr Richard is forcime use Jio. I have been using service since last 5 years. Really sad to know what you think about your customer ..

Highly dissatisfied with your billing system. Unnecessary company charged me 24000 for roaming where the plan was activated .. moreover I have requested for new 3 SIM card it's been 3 days but not yet started
