(1/3)Hey @simplerenergy,@SuhasRajkumar, I bought the Simple One EV last month. Paid ₹2.1 lakhs, added 8 yrs warranty & 5 yrs insurance for peace of mind.

Last night, your system triggered an OTA update with battery at 60%+. Woke up today — scooter is STUCK at 19% during update.

Appreciate the quick action by @simplerenergy after my last tweet. Got prompt calls, a tech visited my home to flash the software. Due to a security issue, an update couldn’t complete, so they took the EV by bypassing safety checkpoints - and returned it the next day, fixed

Customer support is clueless.
Service center says “we’ll inform the company, wait for a reply.”
Showroom says “not our job, contact service team.”
Service team says “only company can help.”
Suggested I tow the vehicle 60+ km to the S center.

Very urgently need to update the address on adhar card, but the last request is already in the queue so not able to register the new request.
