1) Another 27 ETH has been removed from the Swarm City multisig in three 9-ETH transactions this morning.

It appears @BerndLapp and Kingflurkel (Michelle Thuy) are draining what remains of the original over $500,000 in the multisig.

I can't tell you how surreal this is. Seven months ago I learned about @openclaw, bought a Mac Studio and started learning.

Six months ago I began building @paneaiapp to replace the need for copy/pasting between Discord (comms), Evernote (documents), and Trello (project management).

Today I can finally say Pane works better with OpenClaw than those three apps combined, because Pane now allows your Agent to reply multiple times without being asked.

It was the last piece in the puzzle to make Discord obsolete.

So I can give Brit a multi-step task, and she completes it, checking in with me after every step.

The loudest voices in AI can't answer the simplest question: what do regular people get?

When asked/He answered:

- What do regular people get? "Nobody knows."
- Why build it? Beat China.
- Why subsidize it? "Welcome to America, buddy."

These questions have real answers. The men spending the billions just don't have them.

And the answers decide whether our AI future is the utopia or the dystopia.

2) The funds were recovered from the 2017 Parity Multisig Wallet Hack and are all that remain of Swarm City funding. It was supposed to be used to build the app.

To date there has been no public accounting for the use of the recovered funds.

3) It looks like the Swarm City Association (located in Switzerland) was shut down in April 2025.

Without transparency, is there a reasonable conclusion beyond Bernd, Thuy, and other interested parties pocketing the ETH for themselves?
