My son Ankit Mandal appeared for NEET UG examination this year. In OMR sheet he was supposed to get 615 marks as per the answer key given by NEET. But in final result he got 265 marks. When I enquired with NEET helpline number, they said it was a technical error and get corrected

@NTA_Exams kindly look into it. I have mailed several times but not getting respond or resolved the issue. Number of OMR checked from NTA given answer key 615 but in final result it is 265. Please save one year of my son's education life. Please help.
