This is absolute nuts. There are 1000s of apartments in tier 1, 2, 3 cities up for auction! The discount is in the range of 20%-50%.

These properties come with all necessary documentation verified by banks and are ready for immediate occupancy. There's simply no reason for buying these overpriced properties 🤦

They constantly call us to offer personal loans (at 18% interest rate), ULIPs (at 15% commission), high TER regular Mutual Funds, and other products. 🤦

The buyer shared a profound perspective, challenging our assumptions about our own business. When asked why he chose an auction property, it wasn't the typical "good discount" response. He said:

"You know Its very scary to buy an auction property. Bids, auction, deposits scare me. But it is not dangerous Why? - the property is real, it is under physical possession, the legal papers are proper (hey the bank had given a loan on it ).
