Even after committing for replacement...its been more than an hour and now they are saying that replacement can't be done in the first place you miss something from my order then don't even comply to what you say!!!! Rubbish

Had a really bad experience with @ZeptoNow , ordered something and till now it's not delivered it's been more than an hour and delivery time shown was 10 min.
Why so you even keep a time when you cannot deliver the items.
