No prior info Virgin Atlantic flight VS303 got cancelled from New Delhi to London. PNR status shows AI 161 is the allocated flight for VA passengers to London but Air India has no info about it. Please tell me what should I do at this hr

@VirginAtlantic Though VA was discussing everything with me for my parents but when I asked them to atleast upgrade the seats of senior citizen because they were waiting for more then 10hours at airport bcos of mismanagement VA said they cannot fulfill it on my request as I was not the passenger

@VirginAtlantic For unwanted prolonged stay no hotel,lounge or even single chair provided to parents who are senior citizens. Your Virgin staff was of no use they were not helping as they themself had no information about the cancellation of VS303 and replacement of flights to AI161.

@VirginAtlantic High mismanagement at your end also lied to me that my parents self chose 10am flt instead of replaced AI 161. this shows what your service is. With proof I can say that VA cancelled the scheduled flight Vs303 without informing passengers and never provide any other seat in AI.
