Flying through Trudeau airport in Canada was probably the single worst airport experience I’ve ever had. Literally a mess. Disorganized, hot, and unfriendly. Cherry on top is canceled flights & missing baggage. Not sure what’s going on but It’s a no for me.

I’m very seldom one to complain but I’m saying this with my whole chest, NEVER fly @AirCanada . 2 cancelled flights, finally got on a flight to a completely different airport & now missing luggage. Beyond disappointing experience.
