@Delta this is the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever for a platinum medallion member to be on hold this long, and every time I talk to someone, you tell me I have to transfer you to another number

As a platinum medallion member of @Delta I am highly disappointed from there customer service team. They destroyed my bag on a recent flight from Aspen to LAX, and the customer service agent treated me as if this was a normal occurrence and did not think that it was a big deal
