The most unrealistic part of Grey’s Anatomy is that surgeons do x rays, MRIs, phlebotomy, vital signs, ultrasounds, social work, nursing, administration, physical therapy, patient transportation, and run the ER. In reality they just do surgery and then disappear. Lol.
