IBPS must ensure a fair & transparent recruitment process:

- Release raw scores
- Conduct Mains in single shift
- No normalization
- Share the formula, if multiple shifts

IBPS must release the raw scores and answer keys. It has been one of the relatively transparent exams by Indian standards but now its reputation is at stake. It should come clean on Normalisation.
