@_zoedplayer_ I agree for the most part with what u said. Lich bane first item into horizon in games where u will proc it a lot still makes sense to me just because of how well the item synergizes with zoe and having the winrate in mind. But I will try horizon into raba and see how it feels.

@_zoedplayer_ Will be running this, but I would argue that lich bane second in most games will give you a faster powerspike. Lich bane winrate first/second item on zoe has just been way too high the last few patches to pass up on imo.
