Increased theft is likely due to the switch from cashier to self checkout. While increasing food prices add pressure, self checkouts create opportunity. The risk/reward increases significantly when paired with a justice system that will give you little to no consequences at all if caught...

@CTVToronto He can drive like everyone else. It wouldn't hurt @fordnation to spend some time driving on the northwestern Ontario highways. If his time were so valuable why did Ontario legislature only sit 51 days last year?
