I’m back in Moscow – and back with the Russian papers. Today: “tense situation remains on Russian fuel market”, one paper offers tips on cutting petrol consumption. Plus, the Duma expands the grounds for deportation of foreigners. #ReadingRussia
The video, from 2014, shows people in Donbas openly telling a journalist that the Ukrainian army is not shooting at them – that it is the DNR, essentially Russian-appointed puppets, who have been shelling the cities.
Show it to anyone who continues to spread russian propaganda that “Ukrainians were bombing Donbas for eight years.”
Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces commander Madyar:
First, NATO should build a buffer zone along every border.
Call it a drone work zone, not a kill zone. From 0 to 5 km, enemy movement must become impossible under a drone shield.

A Russian broke down in tears over what's happening to Russia
What does a Russian assault trooper feel watching his country burn under Ukrainian drone strikes? What goes through the mind of a man who walked for kilometers, stepping over the bodies of those who went before him, when he sees hysterical footage from gas stations in Moscow?
We wanted to know too — so we asked the captured occupiers themselves. Whether they chose surrender freely or were driven to it by desperation, they are safe now, hoping for an exchange, and praying the rest of their lives turn out to have been a bad dream.

Ukrainian channels report that an FP-2 strike drone hit a Russian military convoy at the Chongar checkpoint near occupied Crimea. Russia previously claimed this route was fully secure and free of threats. Looks like the danger is definitely there.
Extremely interesting NEW development in the warfare, though I wish it stayed off the internet.
Ukrainian unit lifts strike drones by balloon behind russian lines - mostly into Crimea - released fully charged from 10,000m altitude, for free hunt there.
Very cool!
🚨 Ukrainian security cameras caught these scumbags from the Russian army breaking into homes abandoned by civilians fleeing their aggression. They steal everything, from furniture to glasses. Not soldiers, but filthy looters in uniform.
Russian tourists are massively canceling their trips to Russian-occupied Crimea due to fuel shortages, power outages, and transport issues.
Booking cancellations for holidays in Crimea and Sevastopol reached approximately 1 million trips in late June.
In Yalta, rolling blackout schedules are in place for consumers, with power available on a three-hours-on, three-hours-off basis. In many regions, power outages are also accompanied by water cutoffs. This has led to disruptions in the operation of supermarkets, ATMs, and public transport. Additionally, Crimea is experiencing a sharp rise in intercity public transport fares, with prices surging by more than 100%.

Yes, for all those asking, our new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the exact same legend that jumped these barricades in Mariupol in 2014.
The Ukrainian people fought for a strong leader, today they got a fucking hero.
Spain has continued to enforce its ban on US airforce involved in the Iran war from its airspace today it forced 5 US airforce refuelling tankers to fly south near the Strait of Gibraltar.
Great ally...
✈️🇺🇦 Combat footage shows a Ukrainian MiG-29 pilot with the call sign “Phill” intercepting and destroying Russian Shahed attack drones using R-73 air-to-air missiles, - Soniashnyk
❗️This is the first war in the Russians’ lives where Ukrainians are fighting not on their side, but against them. They’re fuc*ed, – Magyar.
Additional points:
▪️We’re not hitting the Crimean Bridge yet so that those who want to can leave. Let them fuck off across it non-stop to their Russia;
▪️Ukrainians in Crimea need to be patient while we “remove the worms from the peninsula”;
▪️In 3 days we burned 21 tankers, and we’ll burn another 121, and 221, and as many as there are — we’ll burn them all (recording from 09.07.26 – ed.).
Laura Loomer has arrived in Ukraine.
She previously supported Russia and criticized US aid to Kyiv.
Ms Loomer visited Bucha, where she saw evidence of Russian war crimes and mass graves of civilians killed during the occupation.
She commented:
"I'm not in Russia because I'm not a propagandist.
I was living in a media echo chamber and I was propagandized by Russian media on social media to believe those things.
So I came to Ukraine to see the country for myself. I am going to try to find evidence for the propaganda I’ve been fed, and if I don't find it, I will let everyone know so they too can come to see the light."
