@pluless I don't fail to see the difference, I feel there is a large enough difference between all the designs I have seen for them to be classified as there own entities, Obviously Nintendo see that themselves thus they havent sued for breach of the intellectual property they own

@pluless @Reckonity As said before pretty much all Pokémon designs are also based off something else they aren't exactly original themselves. This used to be the exact same thing people used to say about Digimon with Pokémon. If they were similar enough for it to class as copying Nintendo would sue

@Reckonity @pluless Fair enough , I can respect your opinion on that as that is a bit of an L game they previously made , but as somebody who works in the industry I cant judge the hard work of another game on a previous game made by the company, I judge each game as a separate entity

@pluless Then the tweet from the CEO about being interest in some aspect of AI doesn't mean it was actually used in the game. Untill evidence is found he did then he shouldn't be treated like he has done it already. Everything has been speculation so far nothing with concrete evidence

@pluless Honestly I can't agree with the bad press people giving it all Pokémon designs that are similar to Pal's are based ofF real life things so of course they going to be similar, its not plagarism at all.
