@kekitopu But you can probably get around that by having an effect similar to the particles emitted by the portal or having it be a different color to the other rail grinds in the level layout. Even a combination of both would help.

@kekitopu Random thought but you can somewhat remedy the concern for the repetitive nature of the portals by implementing rail grinds or an additional way to transport the player between the zones. The immediate downside is showing they need to use it to get to the next checkpoint zone.
