@StanNajimi A lot of people just make Queen posh and call it a day but the way her dialogue is written is meant to have a fast-paced, disconnected AI/internet program tonality, and her voice blips go up and down to express she doesn't have a typical vocal cadence, it's voice cracky.
@StanNajimi This is the closest I've seen someone get to how I do Queen and how I think she's supposed to sound, it just has a bit more of a GLaDOS cadence which I think is very fitting too
isnt it a bit wild that universally people in school and workplaces were taught to approach wikipedia with skepticism for potential misinformation and now everyones virtually lobotomized by gen AI chatbots that just make shit up and youre expected to use them in some cases
My FAVOURITE part of chapter 5 is that
To learn Perseverance you must meet Patience first
Justice breaks without Integrity
Bravery is stronger when it's powered by Kindness
@tomoechie And this is written with Sakura being alive in mind, since the School Mode endings aren't part of the main story, so the canon is that Hina likes Makoto and has no romantic implications toward Sakura.
I like Hina x Sakura and Makoto's one and only is Kyoko, but tis the canon
@tomoechie Sakura x Aoi is goated but I will say if you play School Mode, Aoi's ending has her ask out Makoto and he agrees to go on a date with her so its a bit more than the others girls lmao, even Kyoko
I’m an UTDR veteran. I’ve been here since the beginning.
The comic dubs, the start of the sansverse. Discovering hard mode. Unironically blaming Chara for things. Sans is Ness. Mergs popularity. The stronger than you parodies, bad time trio, the survey_program geno era…
@LazyNick5 I actually don't miss these. I'm sure Deltarune's artstyle could make them look better, but they're honestly not that great looking in Undertale and draw out its weak art direction for me. I much prefer the single-artstyle Deltarune does, it keeps it immersive and stylish.
@J0RGEJOESTAR Definitely a parallel with Flowery, also doomed to inevitably turn back into the same golden flower form and give up his Hopes and Dreams™
@feathereded And you see this with the survivor development, too. Byakuya changes. Kyoko changes. Hina changes, too, with her moral adamance changing after Sakura's trial. Makoto gets them all to realize that the firmness they've trapped themselves in is a hinderance, and change is good.
@feathereded ...personality without depth and substance fails and leads you into dangerous territory. It's a game that shows you overcoming tough things and figuring yourself out is better than being firm in your preconceived notions.
