@666gorewh0re @vi0l3tgh0ul Again I am not excusing Nocturnal's behaviour. But being "cancelled" doesn't encourage growing. :/ if they wont change making mobs of people hate them wont make them change either lol it makes them lash out harder because random teens arent made for publicity

@666gorewh0re @vi0l3tgh0ul Overstepping boundaries is horrible. I had a friend who did it constantly. She had social issues, a very dysfunctional family and was very self conscious and had a need to get constant validation from people. I feel bad for her but cutting ties was the best option.

@vi0l3tgh0ul And maturing takes time so sadly it might be a while until they realise that they were wrong. After a huge fallout with a friend when I was 12 it took me 5 years to realise that I was also in the wrong😵

@vi0l3tgh0ul Sending people to harass you and doxx you? Now that's an issue. I must have missed it then. I'm sorry if it felt like I was finding excuses because doxxing is no small thing! And neither are death threats. I'm sorry that you have to deal with such things.

@vi0l3tgh0ul This situation is definitely not positive but I believe that people can become better especially since this isnt a case of a malicious adult grooming children. All power to the victims and I'm sorry I couldnt understand the extent of the situation as an outsider.

@vi0l3tgh0ul Nocturnal just needs proper friends outside of social media and help to their personal issues🙌 they arent an adult so they still have time to mature and realise that their actions were bad💯

@vi0l3tgh0ul I thought that this situation was more serious with a 20 year old grooming a bunch of teens. But It's just a mentally ill teen making bad decisions and people overblowing it into a bigger thing. Turning them into a villain is so much worse than encouraging them to get help😭

@vi0l3tgh0ul I understand that they have a big platform but those actions scream "I have personal issues and have a hard time making friends I need attention" It's very sad but why make Nocturnal a villain for being a mentally ill teen and call them a groomer for it?

@vi0l3tgh0ul All good! I know how bad twitter can be but I want to view this whole situation as empathetically as possibly since I feel like social media forgets that every situation isn't as black and white as it seems🙌

@vi0l3tgh0ul I don't know the extent of their bad behaviour but from what I've seen it reminds me a lot of how I acted on social media when I was 11 years old and had no other support other than validation from internet strangers. Hope that they get the support they need :(

@vi0l3tgh0ul Can you fill me up on the situation more? I've been a little close with Nocturnal recently and they just seem like a 14-18 year old struggling a lot with personal issues and social media is their only scapegoat. Idk I feel kinda bad more than anything😭
