@virginmedia I get this, then I sign in another way and it sends an email to verify. Go back to the main screen and nothing. The same thing over and over again

@nectar After someone spent all my nectar points, I spoke to one of you people on the phone. Closed my account, and set up a new one. Refunded the points spent, but not what I had left on my account, plus I've lost my count up to christmas points

Just want to speak to a bloody human over the phone and it's impossible
@virginmedia What could have been sorted over the phone in a matter of minutes, has now taken 5 days so far
This is not great customer service, its appalling
@virginmedia We have tried calling, and as they answered, the call was cut off
It is becoming hugely frustrating now
5 days nearly all day, just trying to speak to a person. It's absolutely disgusting how your customers are treated
There must be another way to speak to someone on the phone
