@ArgosHelpers Thank you for your reply. As stated in my thread, I have already contacted Argos but was dissatisfied with the response. You have known that this toy is a dangerous choking hazard for months but are still selling it. Can you explain why it hasn’t been recalled?

I know this because people have been reviewing the toy giving details of the same fault ON ARGOS’ OWN WEB SITE. Absolutely shocking thing to happen and their wholly inadequate response makes it so much worse. I just hope this doesn’t happen to any more babies! (5 of 5)

Hmm, now what makes me think this basically means they won’t be doing anything about it and will continue to allow it to be sold, after all they have known about this fault for months, if not years, and still haven’t recalled it. (4 of 5)

Contacted Argos and they have asked me to hand it over to my local store where it will be taken away for testing and if the problem is considered ‘frequent’, ‘corrective action will be taken’ but they ‘do not disclose individual results’. (3 of 5)

Recently had an Argos Chad Valley baby Activity Triangle break while my baby was playing with it (advertised as suitable from birth). The spinner came off & part of the plastic behind it broke into at least 5 tiny pieces that my baby could have choked on! (1 of 5) @Argos_Online
