At the very beginning of the trial, I posted that if any good could come out of this case it would finally expose the truth about the Massachusetts mental health system.

Something has to change and therefore I have drafted legislation: "An Act relative to parental or primary caregiver mental health evaluations, child safety planning, and family preservation services" requiring psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and all mental health counselors to evaluate and document the need for child safety planning when patients reveal suicidal ideation, thoughts or attempt.

I'll be meeting with Massachusetts legislators to get this bill filed and passed.
Let's see if lawmakers care enough for children to protect them.

When an adult is in a mental health crisis, a safety plan for children must be in place including removing them from the home to protect them if they are at risk. A ZOOM meeting is not safety plan. I’ll keep asking this as I have for months, “Where was the safety plan for the Clancy children?"

@aburkhartlaw The prosecution should be disbarred for this! Can he lose his freedom, too? He deliberately had a man he knew was innocent sent to prison. This is beyond Brady to me. This is evil and makes me wonder if he's done it before.
