@talabateg In another note; why a delivery service like talabat doesn’t have any easy way to communicate with its customers when they are paying for this “service charges”? What exactly is that service fee about if customers cannot reach you?

@talabateg If I am a talabat pro subscriber and I am buying something from Tkiosk that is still a talabat-owned outlet, does it make any sense that it is not a pro-affiliated shop? Why would I pay extra 61 pounds between delivery and service charges if I already paid the pro subscription?
