@ADT_UK so bad it's untrue. Spent weeks trying to arrange a simple callout, customer service team are literally useless. Managers do not call back despite assurances they would. Whatever you do, do not go with this firm of frauds. #appalling

@ADT_UK disgusting levels of customer service. Impossible to raise a works order without calling customer services, don't have work emails, book engineer visits who "apparently" turn up without the correct tools, don't turn up to booked appointments, won't give their surnames!

@ADT_UK absolutely useless. Been chasing for a service callout to repair an entryphone fault for the past 3 weeks. Elderly lady in her 90s unable to open the door the communal entrance door as a result. Been fobbed off, lied to, and unable to speak to another with any authority!
