@bfarm56@JackPosobiec@mchooyah It was a preliminary hearing to see if it goes to trial. Exculpatory evidence would be presented then. Why wasn't it? Are Tyler and his defense team witholding evidence because they want it to go to trial?
@Sbridwell1840@JackPosobiec We are talking about exculpatory evidence that could be used to keep this from going to trial. They didn't present any. Are you saying the defense is witholding evidence so they can take it to trial? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, if so.
@ElaineAryn@JodyChaseTN If she knows everything, why is she playing these little games? Her "best friend" was murdered. If she had integrity then she wouldn't be doing this. You think this exciting and fun don't you?! It's like a real game of Clue. Ya'll are sick in the head.
@signalb4silence@MetalCoreNTacos It's in the charging docs. The defenses job is to keep this from going to trial. The defense can call witnesses to testify. So you think they were witholding exculpatory evidence during the prelim?
@SophieHeather19@Ben_Larrabee Because his mom identified from the picture, called him and asked if he did it, admitted he admitted he did it, told her why he did it, and turned himself in.
@Sbridwell1840@JackPosobiec Their first job is to keep this from going to trial. The defense has the right to present exculpatory evidence. If they had any, they would've presented it the prelim.
@NedFerguson1@JackPosobiec But they didn't have a name. They weren't even looking for Tyler. LE got his name when his parents went with him to turn himself in. In the charging docs his even said he told them WHY he did it.
@Sbridwell1840@JackPosobiec The defense team's strategy would be to keep this from going to trial. When would they do that? Let me guess, during the preliminary hearing. You know, when arguments like this are made. Unless, of course, you are saying they want it to go to trial. Lol!
@Mark___Taylor@SteveCameronPr1 They are pretending like mistaken identity doesn't happen all the time. I wonder how many sighting tips they get for missing persons that turn out to be nothing. Did they see his ID when he ordered beer? He's young. He would've been carded. Or is that account wrong too?
@Starshinestars@ThePantsMaestro@SteveCameronPr1 Because they may have looked at financials and it wasn't his card? Maybe his GPS doesn't put him there? Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity? Happens all the time. Do you have proof that any of this is not the case?
@EcologicalCrime@LadyGriz The defense could've addressed the actual charging docs. They are allowed to call their own witnesses. Their job is to keep it from going to trial. Providing testimony of the parents saying the charging docs are a lie would go a long way to poke holes in probable cause.
@EcologicalCrime@LadyGriz The charging docs haven't been introduced in court? You have got to be kidding me. Lol. Do you even hear yourself. She could easily raise money. Why isn't she trying? I mean, Charlie was her BFF.
@LadyGriz@EcologicalCrime She could even donate the money from sales of her merch to help finance a new defense team. She could even hire private investigators. I'm sure her followers could raise enough money. I mean, it's her best friend!🙄
@LadyGriz@EcologicalCrime His defense has also not challenged his confession to his parents. Could've been easily done. His parents in on it too? And if CK was her best friend why isn't she in contact with his parents to pay for a defense team that's not complicit in the cover-up. She's a multimillionaire
@LaKruzDesigns@bigdaddysledge@CinemaShogun@FoxNews How do you know they didn't? You do know it's possible they checked the tip out, found it was a case of misidentity, and discarded the tip. The point being you don't know what they did but you speak as if you do.
