Newly surfaced records from a @MotherJones investigation reveal a history of aggressive behavior and violent allegations against MAGAt Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) (@MaxMillerOH)dating back to his youth:

- 2007 Arrest: Arrested for reportedly "punching a guy in the back of the head and running from police" while still in high school. Miller pleaded no contest.

- 2010 Property Damage: Detained after a hookah bar dispute where police reported "rather than striking a person, he hit the door and his hand went through the glass."

- 2011 OVI Crash: Pleaded down to a misdemeanor after crashing into a light pole. While his attorney previously claimed a blood test proved he was "not impaired," toxicological reports now show he had "MDMA—also known as ecstasy—and Klonopin in his system at the time of the crash."

- High School Assault Allegation: Domestic filings question Miller on allegations that he "pushed a female peer down a set of stairs" after she resisted his advances. While Miller previously denied it, the woman recently confirmed to reporters that it remains "one of the more traumatic nights of my life."

- College Expulsion Query: Court interrogatories ask Miller to admit if he was "expelled from college for an incident involving violence with a female student"—a claim his legal team objected to answering in court filings.
