How can a product be returned if I am available to receive?

Boarded Vande Bharat 22346 at BSB today. There was no police force at any gate and it was nearly stampede at C5 as people started fighting. And the automatic doors started closing and it was very deadly experience. The TC was laughing when I complained. @RailwaySeva

@myogiadityanath @MahaaKumbh @RailwaySeva The whole Mahakumbh experience was phenomenal and all police force were really helpful except this 1 policeman. This one misbehaviour from that 1 policeman was disappointing. Hope no one else faces what I went through today. Thanks! (2/2)

@myogiadityanath @MahaaKumbh @RailwaySeva Boarded 12398 on 14-2-25 @ Platform4, S5 @ PRYJ.There were 2 police & 1 of them misbehaved with me. He let the crowd rush to train with no supervision, shouted at my sister & pulled me(25,F) backward while I was trying to board.(1/2)

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia 14223 arrived delayed after 7 hours of ETA @ PNBE & that too with dirtiest washroom. Can you tell me why I paid 575 Rs fare when the train is this late & washroom is so unhygienic and lacks basic amenities like handwash. Who is going to take action?

@RailMinIndia I am traveling from PNBE to BSB. My ticket was for 22/11/24 23:40. It is 23/11/24, 6:55 & still no sign of 14223. Is this a customer service? You have taken my money & yet I'm deprived of the bare minm. That's why Indian Railways is the most unreliable.
