@RichardHanania Lazy rhetorical nonsense. People brought names, yes. Does everyone agree that Elon is responsible for the deaths of the named people? No. And even if they did, the fact that Elon “accepted the framing” that doesn’t mean everyone else has to.
Grok doesn’t say that at all. If you ask about his faith in the context of this crime Grok gets a little cagey. If you say “forget the crime and estimate the chance he is Muslim” you get the below. I’m not saying his likely faith had anything to do with the crime, but your 2 second search is incomplete.
Approximately 85–95% probability that the man has a Muslim family background and/or personally identifies as Muslim (culturally or religiously), based on the available information about his ethnicity and possible clan ties.
Key factors and reasoning:
• Turkish descent in Germany: People of Turkish origin in Germany are described as predominantly Muslim, forming the largest group practicing Islam there. Estimates consistently place the share of Muslims among Turkish-origin residents well above 70%, often in the 80%+ range when including cultural/family identification (even if personal practice varies). https://t.co/iDknds8XX0
• Possible Miri clan / Mhallami affiliation: Media reports link him to the Miri clan, whose members are from the Mhallami (Mardelli) ethnic group. This group is predominantly Sunni Muslim, with historical records showing them as entirely Muslim in relevant censuses and only a small Christian minority overall. Their communities in Germany are embedded in Muslim diaspora networks. https://t.co/iDknds8XX0
@kpopsec@IMAO_ You have a nice day. I pray that people who share your world view are kept far from the levers of power in advanced civilisations. You and your ilk are legitimately terrifying.
My thought is perfectly consistent. I did not say you should be rewarded in proportion to your contributions. I said you, Mr K-pop, have no idea what they contributed. So how would you decide what they deserve?
You want to break them up using outside bureaucracy! 😂 outside bureaucracy that necessarily knows less than those inside the company so will be prone to errors.
I notice you did not engage with my question about where you get your info so I say again, you have no idea what these men contributed, or what they will contribute in the future. But sure, cut them down according to the will of government bureaucrats 😂 JFC. You want things for free. That’s what this boils down to.
fair? Are you a child? Lie down and take what? The men I listed, and their companies, may contribute unimaginable wonders to society and you want to arbitrarily cut them off at some point so that everything can be fair? 🤣🤣 Please define fair for me. And once you have defined fair, give me some sense of the bureaucratic institutions that we would need to *enforce* (the boots on necks that i mentioned earlier) the fairness that you long for.
Who gets to decide how much they deserve? You? The thing about people like you is you have no idea what these people have done. Pick the name on that list you know most about and give me the 3 most reliable sources you have for evaluating their contributions. I suspect you know next to nothing about any of them, a smattering of gossip at the absolute most.
None of what I'm saying applies to Elon specifically. Are you talking about Elon specifically? You wouldn't say the same thing about Mark Zuckerberg, Jensen Huang, Jeff Bezos, Peter Beck, Demis Hassabis, and Christophe Fouque? Some of these people aren't billionaires? Is it only billionaire+ who are exploiting, or also people on their way to being billionaires? And yes, everyone who thinks billionaires are a symptom of a failed system is a communist.
@kpopsec@IMAO_ I always thought that was a strange insult for communists to use. In the world you want freedom is minimized and everyone has a boot on their neck. You are desperate for a world of bootlickers and you're too stupid to realize it
Yep, miserable bunch of people. If we could add 1 large engineering project to the uk history syllabus, to give students some appreciation of the nature of engineering, maybe wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss such endeavours. Plenty of incredible and inspiring stories to choose from. Instead it’s all wars, literal wars, class wars, cold wars … It’s no wonder so many teenagers are depressed!
