In Sim City, I had the same issue, so I built some desalination plants to curb the issues.
But it's very expensive? People are very resourceful when it comes to survival. Surely it can be done. Idk

What will those responsible for livening up those portions of the game do these days?

I imagine they will have to find other areas of a games world to express their artistic sides, while hopefully still providing those cool tips, tricks, etc., to those invested in the game.

With such faster loading screens lately, it seems many of the previous generations' efforts to provide tips, tricks, and artwork could largely go unnoticed these days.
Faster load speeds are great, though I am happy to have been around to experience the differences.

Does Mirage provide a false positive inside Seer Ult? Automatically, decoy only, or Ult necessary?
Could he also fool you into thinking he's only sporting a level 3 or level 2 knockdown shield while actually holding the golden?

Like: Out of the X amount of time you spent knocked/tagged, Y of it was spent watching your team, have Z reward.

I wish I knew what to do with it.
