@LBPHeretic I am happy to inform you that this issue has been fixed in the latest SwiftKey 4.2.7 now. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for your patience.
@alrahawi Hi there. Sorry to hear about this issue. It’s something that’s affected a small number of users. Please try updating to the latest version of SwiftKey. Hope that solves it!
@Ihor83062902 It’s hard to be sure about each individual case, but it looks like the lowercase version may have been saved in your user dictionary. Try to long press on the suggestion to delete it and manually type it a few times. SwiftKey should then save it as you’ve typed. Thanks!
@Groucho1062 Thanks for reaching out! A lot of these are based on how you type, so if things have changed with the recent update, it shouldn't take long at all for SwiftKey to learn your preference.
@ahlad_challa Were sorry to hear about this issue. Please make sure that your phone and SwiftKey are fully updated. If that still doesn’t work, please try reinstalling SwiftKey. That usually solves the problem. If you still face issues, please reach out at https://t.co/SjieALX6e2
@1309sky Sorry to hear about that! Can you please make sure that your app is updated? If you're still facing the issue, try reinstalling the app and restarting your phone. Hope this helps!
