as an indian and also living in india rn it is so difficult to get resources i’ve seen this first hand so please rt this i’m sharing links as to how u can help
Sushi, as created by the Japanese, comes from Southeast Asian rice preservation practices from a few thousand years ago. It arrived in Japan during the Yayoi period, coinciding with the spread of Indian culture east around the time of the Buddha and after.
The southeast asian kingdoms themselves were Indianized and used Indianized methods to plant, harvest, and preserve rice. Odias and Tamils, who traded with them and exported Indian culture, employed these preservation methods in their long sea voyages. By the way, the word "rice" itself comes from Indian words (vrhi/arisi).
Yet the Japanese don’t call their sushis "vandalism" like people who are programmed to hate themselves. They have proudly made sushi their own distinct dish and exported the culture worldwide in modern times. Because they don’t think like colonized, low self-esteem populations.
The Japanese added westrn foods like mayo, corn, avocado, and more to sushi, incorporating many foreign ingredients into their cuisine in creative, even crazy ways without any shame. They made Indian curry their own and earn billions selling their version of it. India style sushis with tandoori sauces are also selling like hot cakes in Japan now.
But Schezwan cuisine is a result of Chinese immigrants coming into India, becoming Indians, and inventing dishes and sauces IN INDIA that suit Indian tastes. So it is as Indian as it can get, because India has long allowed persecuted groups to come in, get Indianized, and enrich our culture. The US and the West, by comparison, are now in immigration and cultural explosion what India was a few thousand years ago.
By the way, Indian-Chinese, Paneer, Sev, and Chaat that you think lowly of can be found nowhere else and must be exported by India as amazing additions to world cuisine - so the world adopts them and India profits. If we demean them ourselves, nobody will market them for us. To the contrary, there are only foreign groups that operate to demean them and destroy India's soft power.
Your language, knowledge, and opinion show how you have low self-worth and self-esteem about your own culture. I don’t blame you. It is due to centuries of brutal colonization and decades of educational apathy by India. It has become a genetic trait among many that only helps staff newsrooms of Reuters, BBC, Bloomberg, and the likes.
But I love comments like these. It helps me educate a generation of young Indians to understand the world better and appreciate their own culture and civilization that shaped the world for thousands of years.
Nitin Gadkari ji says "A new AI-driven toll system will capture photos of number plates & deduct toll amount directly from bank accounts".
So why can’t we use same technology to capture photos of potholes & deduct salaries of govt employees?
Accountability can't be one sided!
Some like @Chinmayi , have quoted about the destruction in schools of Iran and kids are dead. Yes it's a tragedy.
She uses the term " 2 naattu aangaluku sanda" !!! Are you out of your mind Mam?
Iranian women are celebrating the defeat of their supreme leader ! Because of sharia law imposition, they have lost their freedom in their country. They have been protesting for so long and many women have been killed by the islamic regime in Iran and you call it a " fight between men ".
So called feminist like you, had no guts to talk about what women in Iran are going through but you are here with hate against the country you are living in. What a shame !
Saying that the gareeb, dalit, pichhada, and adivasi have the first rights over the country’s resources is as problematic as saying minorities have the first right.
Nobody has a first right. Resources belong to the State, and the State is supposed to treat everyone equally (Article 14). Even the preferences the State gives to certain groups, by bypassing Article 14, such as reservations, are welfare measures, not inherent rights. The same has been held by the Supreme Court many times.
Dear general category male students,
Remember, this the fight for your life, fight for your future. We have passed out from our colleges, universities and have very limited stake other than that of our kids who are toddlers.
This UGC guideline is a whip that will not only take the flesh of your body, but the very soul of the nation: your collective shaming at a place where you should be building great things for India.
So, I did my part. I wrote and spoke for last 11 days, relentlessly keeping everything at stake. Friends mocked me, ideological adversaries laughed at and party kept mum. Now mainstream media has been forced to pick up.
It's your time now. Go to UGC, stand for what's your right of a free campus, without the fear of a law that is based on a data of 0.004% of affected students, tell them they can't take away your friendship, freedom, research and results away from you.
You need to fight this out on road as the government is busy making committees to calm you down. But double down this time. A bunch of political retards, aiming to cement their political legacy on the whimsical idea of unproven injustices on so-called dalits, shouldn't be allowed to play with your lives, and by an extention, the nation itself.
Protest to protect your future.
Instead of opposing the UGC equity regulations, BJP’s general category (GC) leaders are justifying them with illogical arguments. Here’s a point-by-point rebuttal to @nishikant_dubey:
1. Firstly, what he is repeatedly quoting comes from Article 15 of the Constitution, not Article 14. Strange an MP doesn't know this. Article 15 prohibits discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth. However, the same article, through clauses 15(3) to 15(6), permits preferential treatment such as minority welfare, reservation, and special provisions for certain groups based on those very identities. This creates an internal contradiction, where equality is stated in principle but limited in application.
2. The SC/ST Atrocities Act exists despite Article 15. Article 15 won’t prevent misuse of UGC regulations against GC students in the same way it doesn’t prevent misuse of the Atrocities Act.
3. The letter he refers to, which advised universities not to discriminate against “any” caste, dates back to 2023 and carries no statutory force. It cannot override formal, govt-backed UGC Regulations issued in 2026, which explicitly mentions that only SC, ST, OBC, women, and PwD can be discriminated.
4. "We gave EWS for GC students", so what? Does that give you the right to frame regulations that can be used against them? If yes, you have "given" far more benefits to reserved categories as well. Then why haven’t you created anything that can work against them in return? And why is the condemning tone reserved only for GC students?
Dear @narendramodi. The @ugc_india Equity Regulations are unjust and must be revised:
1 Caste discrimination victim definition excludes general category
2 Equity committee composition excludes mention of general category
3 There is no provision for punishing false complaints
If a dalit neighbour has a personal dispute with you, all it takes is a complaint alleging that you used a caste-based slur to fix you.
There is no requirement for a preliminary inquiry. The police can register the case and arrest you immediately, after which you are produced before a court and only then allowed to apply for bail.
Even if there is no evidence and the case eventually collapses, the damage is already done. You may be arrested from your home, face social stigma, cause severe trauma to your family, risk job loss, spend days in custody, pay legal fees, and deal with endless procedural hardships, sometimes even bail becomes uncertain, depending on the court’s discretion (read bribe).
In such situations, acquittal does not undo the punishment. The punishment lies in the process itself. A man in UP stayed more than two decades in jail for a false compliant.
This is the power the Atrocities Act carries in its present form. A law that offers no effective safeguards against misuse is an atrocity itself against the innocent. This is not an ideological argument, it is simple logic. Yet no one is willing to address it openly, because in a democracy, questioning such laws is politically dangerous.
And it could have ended there. But now, a miniature version of the same approach has entered universities through the UGC equity regulations, extending the same logic into academic spaces.
What are their lands?
Kashmir belongs to Hindus. Last Hindu king who ruled Kashmir was a Dogra Hindu Rajput Hari Singh who signed accession to merge with India
Muslims have no right historically, culturally or legally. You are just a bunch of barbaric invaders and will remain one. No amount of seething will change that. Stick to selling apples and shawls in Purani Delhi. Thats the only right you have in this democracy
Ministry of education can fuck off! @dpradhanbjp is a scoundrel who is dividing the nation on behalf of @BJP4India’s Ambedkarium assault on the very fabric of this nation.
And PM @narendramodi, please abstain from the use of ‘ek hain to safe hain’ when you purposefully weaponise caste for your party’s power consolidation.
I am not buying in to your ‘unity of Hindus’ bullshit anymore. This will be opposed tooth and nail.
In India, there is no General Category anymore.
General Category = Victim Category
@BJP4India you aligned with Jai Bhim and Jai Meem.
Mark my words BJP, with Prabhu Shri Ram’s blessings,
your fall will be worse than Congress.

@narendramodi ji must intervene.

Dear @narendramodi ji
You said Sabka sath, Sabka Vikas.
We agreed
You said trust in Indian companies
We did
You said , बटेंगे तो कटेंगे
We tried
But
Your party is against General Caste.
( New anti- discrimination rule in UGC is a free license to crush the kids of general group kids)
Just like SC- ST act
If Congress is a Muslim appeasement party
Then
You and your party is a caste appeasement faction.
You both are same.
You want Indians not to leave India but you are forcing sharp minds to leave the motherland because the silence is being considered as weakness.
STOP this debauchery before its too late
Jai Hind 🇮🇳
Some of us were hoping that this govt would bring reforms to prevent the misuse of the SC/ST Atrocities Act. Lol, they have gone a hundred times harsher by bringing in the so-called UGC equity regulations.
It is the BJP equivalent of Congress’s communal violence bill. It's meant to prevent caste-based discrimination on university campuses, in which only SC, ST, OBCs, and women can be victims. If a reserved-category student calls a general-category student a casteist slur, it is not an offence. A general-category person can only and only be a culprit, never a victim.
The scope for misuse is obvious and dangerous. Personal grudges, relationship rejection, academic failure, everything can be weaponised. Proof is optional. False complaints carry no consequences. And even after due process, the complainant can still claim that they didn’t get justice because of their caste and turn out to be an even bigger victim.
The most baffling part is that universities in India have functioned for decades without this intrusive policing. With rare exceptions, students across castes study together, socialise freely, and coexist without friction. There was no mass demand, no nationwide student movement, no protests asking for this law. So why impose it? When something is largely working, reckless overregulation doesn’t fix problems; it creates new ones.
Why is your government doing this @narendramodi? Please take this back.
