This little channel here, I wasn't even really thinking about.

I just set the plan and the strategy, and had the team posting the right videos.

I got bored today as I was traveling, so I decided to check on a few tests I'm running and boom. This is a lower end one. Not one of the killer printer ones.

That is the other thing. TEST.

You are not running channels.

You are running tests.

You set a hypothesis and you test it.

ZERO emotion.

You are not emotionally attached to anything. You are running a business.

The more tests you run, the better your hypotheses. And your success rate starts to become ridiculous.
