Introducing Swift24!

But, what exactly is it? 👀

- A monthly virtual hackathon style event, always happening on a Saturday. You’ll have 24 hours to make anything using the code language swift 💻

- Use the full time or just a few minutes ⏰

- It’s focused on the community coding together and growing together 🤜🤛

- Take part alone, in self-selected teams or be randomly selected for a team 👋

- Cheering each other on, and helping each other is a core aspect of Swift24 🥳

Wondering what Swift24 is? 👀👇

- A monthly virtual hackathon style event, always happening on a Saturday. You’ll have 24 hours to make anything using the code language Swift based on the month's theme 💻

- All submitted entries go into a vote to determine a winner 🏆

- Use the full time or just a few minutes ⏰

- It’s focused on the community coding together and growing together 🤜🤛

- Take part alone, or in teams 👋

- Cheering each other on, and helping each other is a core aspect of Swift24 🥳

- It all happens over in the Discord chat: https://t.co/0FmJ0gbtvT

[Swift Saturday @Swift_Saturday]

Hey! It all happens over in the Discord: https://t.co/BPOWQ4Us6Q.

There are 2 different event times - one with a UK/ Europe time zone, one with a USA time zone. Anyone can join the one that works best for them.

During the event, people post their updates in the event channels, and cheer each other on! Anyone who submits an entry then goes into a vote to decide the winner.

You don't need to use the full 24 hours, it can even take just a few minutes. The important thing is just coming together to code!

[Swift Saturday @Swift_Saturday]

We're just a few days away from June's #Swift24! This month, we have a #WWDC24 theme, so you will have 24 hours to make anything using something announced at dub dub!

Who will be taking part? 👀
