A good tech lead empowers others rather than bringing the answers.
Example: If your team needs guidance, ask a question:
- How will this solution scale under heavy traffic?
- Why is this tool a good option?
This is how you make your team grow. Try it today! 😃
@CZoom42637 All of these are modern alternatives. What about Vim, Dreamweaver, or vanilla Notepad? 🗒️ 🤓
I think Notepad was my first editor in 1999. Memory is a bit foggy by now. 😄
To make juniors perform from day one, do this:
- Make them confident to speak up.
- Make them grow – listen to their advice.

"Dart = mobile Flutter" is an assumption that needs to go.
The reality? The Dart ecosystem is thriving with @ServerpodDev fullstack apps, Jaspr web apps, Flame games, and useful CLI tools. But we’ve lacked a central place to prove it.
So I built one. Introducing Made In Dart 🎯 🔗 https://t.co/Lur6KWtvke
@heykumarh@_eseidel This is surprisingly common. Either it’s ignorance, or people are too busy to handle change. 🐻❄️

@PovilasKorop I have struggled with this issue for years, and have used the same image to create awareness, to no avail. What works is to pull people away from their screens, and make them reflect. A team offering to bring teams to watch on a big screen maybe works.
Automated Testing, Flutter Apps and @widgetbook_io was on the agenda as I dropped by the University of Örebro, yesterday.
So fun to be a fly on the wall when my friends, Kiran and Tommie, were teaching Flutter to the next generation of developers.

@csaba_kissi Everything was so white and bright for so long. Eventually it started to scorch our eyes and we scurried into the darkness like gollum when he crept into the depths of the Misty Mountains. Years later our eyes can’t stand the daylight anymore.
@BeubriqueDeLait@bit_sparkle It has entered what they call the production era. It’s a stable framework. A third of the apps on App Store is built using Flutter.
@fidexcode Starting by sketching on a paper, then writing html then style it. If complex UI, just iterate. After twenty years of this, I found this is by far the fastest – to start on a paper.
