As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today. ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.
Americans are being killed in the street by their government. Our Constitution is being shredded and our rights are dissolving. Resist.
Senate Dems should block ICE funding this week. Activate the National Guard.
We can and must stop this.
🚨 BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis are seen arresting another teenager without verifying his identity first, and admit to it on camera.
In the video, the teenager calmly tells agents he can go inside and get his ID to prove who he is. The agents refuse. Instead, they say they’ll “take pictures at HQ”… and then force him into their SUV anyway.
That is deeply alarming.
Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people first and figure out who they are later without lawful justification.
Detaining someone without verifying identity, without probable cause, and without allowing them to present ID raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns.
You cannot seize a person just to “check” who they are.
This also mirrors what DHS has now openly admitted: that people are being detained first and sorted out later based on suspicion alone.
That means innocent people, minors, and U.S. citizens are being taken into custody without verification, without charges, and without due process.
If the government can forcibly detain someone simply to identify them, that is not law enforcement… that is unlawful detention.
Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.
HORRIFYING: Protester in unmarked car rolls down his window JUST to pepper spray an ICE agent on a public sidewalk
Wait....that's an ICE agent in an unmarked car that pepper sprayed someone holding a cell phone. He clearly feared for his life.
ICE detain Native American—punch him repeatedly even after complying with face scan.
Mother brought passport & birth certificate but agents didn't care—just joked that he "wasn’t really from here."
"Police can you help us?" she begs officers just watching. "We're citizens!"
Jose "Beto" Roberto Ramirez was born in the U.S.—and is a member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians located in north central Minnesota. #DemsUnited
Renee Nicole Good is the second person who has been killed by ICE this week. In LA, ICE killed Keith Porter in his own home as he celebrated on New Year’s Eve.
“That’s fine, dude. I’m not mad at you.”
Does this look like a “domestic terrorist”?
@KristiNoem needs to resign.
@JDVance owes her son an apology.
Shame on everyone.
IDGAF if we follow the same sports teams. If you support what that ice agent did you’re a POS that I don’t want to see on my timeline. This is bigger than sports.
The last words of Rene Good, said to the officer who would shoot her in the face moments later as she tried to drive away, was "It's fine, dude. I'm not mad at you."
The admin's outrageous claim that she was a domestic terrorist who tried to kill the officer just crumbled apart.
The new angle of the murder of Renee Good is horrific. She told him just moments before her death “That’s fine dude, I’m not mad at you.” And seconds later while trying to drive away, the ICE agent shot her dead and called her a “F**kin’ B*tch.” Horrific. Justice now.
