@Cheeky_Fittie You could try throwing some higher dose vitamin C at it, I’ve seen recommendations ranging from 1,000-5,000 daily divided in to 2-3 doses daily. Also if you’re on an antacid that can inhibit iron absorption for certain salts. Also suppa best absorbed on an empty stomach

@nursekelsey Noticed. Im still scared of being back boarded because it flipped and I was face down and strapped in. I'm also afraid to get on a block now because I fell off once but that's more a physical disability thing
@nursekelsey I dont think it would hurt. Obviously different. I've been a competitive swimmer since I was 6. Swam NCAA D1 all that. I still remember 2 near drownings. Once I jumped into a float and got stuck. Once (of all places) got strapped into a backboard in lifeguard class and nobody
