🚨URGENT Ohio is about to become ground zero for gas-powered data centers. But you can stop it.

Ashville. New Albany. Millersport. Piketon. Four natural gas power plants, all within about an hour of each other, all proposed or under construction to power data centers. Individually they sound like separate stories. Together, they're a regional air quality crisis nobody voted on.

These plants emit PM2.5 particulate matter so small it passes straight through your lungs into your bloodstream. It's linked to asthma, heart disease, stroke, dementia, and complications in pregnancy. And PM2.5 doesn't stay put, it travels hundreds of miles on the wind.

Wednesday, August 19th, at 5 PM, the Ohio Power Siting Board is holding a public hearing at Teays Valley High School in Ashville. You don't have to live in Ashville to show up. If you live in Lancaster, Circleville, Chillicothe, Columbus, anywhere in this radius, you can speak. Everyone gets 3 minutes.

Wear red. Bring an 8x10 photo of a kid you love, because that's who's going to be breathing this. Sign in early. Say your name, where you live, and how this affects your family. That's it. That's the whole speech.

Can't make it? Email the Ohio Power Siting Board directly, address on screen and file a public comment. This is still an open case. That means it's still winnable. But only if the board hears from us, not just the companies filing the paperwork.
