The Embassy of Switzerland in Ghana hosted an industry–academia networking evening to strengthen partnerships around the Master’s Programme in Mechatronics at Ashesi University, implemented with ETH Zurich and supported by Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs.
Ambassador Simone Giger visited Bono East, completing her tour of all 16 regions of Ghana. She met officials and communities, strengthened partnerships, and explored attractions like Buabeng Monkey Sanctuary and Kintampo Waterfalls—a memorable close to her nationwide journey.
Amb. Giger visited Kumasi at the invitation of Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II. A luncheon hosted by Lady Julia brought female ambassadors together to discuss women’s and children’s welfare. The visit ended with the Akwasidae Festival.
