@ZARA the York branch today showed terrible customer service.
I took two items (fully tagged) back to the store so I could exchange as they were Xmas gifts and too small for me.
The lady who served was so rude when I said I didn’t have and pulled faces at me

Now I appreciate that I didn’t have a receipt for items that were a gift, but I want asking for a refund just to exchange them for something different. I didn’t want money back, what is the problem???

Why is it, even when you have to give a load of information such as ‘What 3 Words’ when making an online purchase, @DPDCare still manage to make a half arsed attempt to deliver. You clearly have the details, including a mobile number. If you can’t find the house, JUST CALL!!!!

Still absolutely gutted I didn’t get to see @rickygervais #Armageddon last night. Really cannot understand how such a mess was allowed to happen. Was so excited to see the show. I’ve seen pictures of all the empty seats in the arena. Probably won’t get chance to see him again….
