@PlanetEarth2UK apologies to tweet you directly. I’m having trouble getting the tickets I have purchased as a gift from @TicketmasterCS but I have confirmation of the seats. Should they fail to provide the tickets please could you advise whether their email would be sufficient?
@TicketmasterCS I’ve purchased tickets for an event this Friday but the tickets are still not showing in the account, I have not received an email confirming other than from a member of your team when I first bought them in December. Can’t get hold of anyone on live chat.
