Switchboard can now read web pages. Paste a URL into your prompt and the model reads it live. Or add URLs to your indexed sources and the most relevant ones get pulled into context automatically on every request.

If a page can’t be fetched, the model says so - never fabricates. If the winning model refuses a request, the router moves to the next auction candidate automatically.

Switchboard text-to-image update.

Switchboard now routes text-to-image the same way it routes chat - classify the prompt, auction across providers, route to the cheapest model that fits, bill the real image cost in $SWCH, burn part of the fee on-chain.

Built on OpenRouter's Unified Image API. Prompts get classified into three tiers - simple, standard, premium - by a fast keyword heuristic, no extra LLM call. Each tier is a failover chain: Flux Klein and Gemini Flash Image for simple, Seedream and Gemini 3.1 Flash for standard, Flux Pro, Gemini 3 Pro, and Grok Imagine for premium.
