FOUNDRY's Lunch and Learn is back on Tuesday 4th February at 12.30, this time featuring @switchplane's @joelfielder.

Pop along with your sandwiches and join Joel on the bleachers for "Vincerò: Bill & Ted's Excellence Adventure"!

Joel (and Bill and Ted) will be on a quest to find cultural excellence. Along the way, you'll meet a host of characters, including Pavarotti, Gazza, Pat Butcher, Ronald McDonald, George Orwell, The Royal Society of Chemistry, and Elon Musk. Together, they'll show you how to model culture as a system, and how - like any system - it can be managed and improved.

You will learn:
- How culture isn't just some vague, woolly, abstract, meaningless nonsense peddled by leadership gurus.
- Why culture is key to developing strategic advantage and standing out in the marketplace.
- How the key to excellence is systemisation.
- How to get started, with a simple model that you can apply in your own business.
