SHAME.

Shame is such a weird and frustrating thing. And it can come in so many different flavors. Flashback two weeks ago, I found myself 7 weeks out from my powerlifting meet with a hurt shoulder. But I felt like I couldn't tell anyone, especially not my coach!
So I quietly

Friends, do not let shame rule your actions! We are a Gospel people! Jesus has freed us from this shame, we just need to allow Him to conquer it for us, and often

We have been traveling like crazy this year for conferences and events! This weekend we finally took time for a vacation. We traveled out to SW Utah to meet up with some of my greatest friends!
