I am more disappointed with the 428 Hindu residents in that Vadodara housing complex who are watching in silence as 33 Hindu residents object to a Muslim family living in the complex. Even if half of them would have stood with the Muslim family, it would have mattered.

If no one thinks you’re crazy, you’re too late.

The recipe for 100x outcomes is to have everyone agree with you...later.

When you first step foot into something new, if people don't consider you crazy, it probably doesn't have the 100x potential anymore. The best bets being non-consensus bets. Indian publishers told me again and again writing epic-fantasy in India is a mistake. Grimdark-ing a holy epic is crazy. Write >200k words you're mental! Market it as spec-fic then!

The idea of private companies being successful in space was ridiculous when Elon Musk started SpaceX. Now it's consensus.

You're crazy...until you're not

Tell me you have the wholesomest publishing family w/o telling me it is @HoZ_Books

Sons of Darkness paperback releases this July in 🇬🇧🇺🇸 just in time to cure the HOTD Itch. It has rival cousins, politics, oh so much politics, all seasoned with 🇮🇳 magic

Damn! Amazing Thread on the rich History of Hijras in Monkey Man ! @sobhitaD

End of Eunuchs Ft. British Empire: 🧵

Hijras' (3rd Gender) history in South Asia is RICH with legends be it in the arena of Kills or Kama Sutra. There is so much of it in the lore that inspired Sons of Darkness, and now thanks to @Spirited_Gal 's idea, I'm sharing it here:

Odisha is infamous for its heat waves, and summer has not even begun here but with its lack of AC-power (to save e-costs), we are suffering. Members are fighting for spots under the AC. It is the Dark Ages. If you can hike prices, hike the facilities as well. Written Rep tmrw.

[Ayan Rajan @SwordsandClaws]

@we_are_cult It is with great distress I write to you to cite how Cult BBSR is torturing its members with low-functioning ACs and non-working fans that has led to so many near-dehydration accidents. Despite NUMEROUS complaints (by trainers + members), the mgmt has done nothing.

@XiranJayZhao No offense but aren't you always hateful on Twitter as well (for a good cause from my POV but still hateful). For eg, you celebrated the Queen dying with the choicest of words. The same thing applies from their perspective, right?

Destroying Balfour Painting in "protest" does not help people wake to the truth. It, instead, makes the uninformed turn away harder from the truth. Gets the vandal-org media attention but the people are horrified by what you do and the debate shifts & the movement fails.
