1, So between @SamsungTV , @currys ive bought a faulty tv, that was replaced but for a different model due to covid. Replacement now faulty but nobody wants to listen. Samsung say Consumer Rights act doesn’t apply to them, Currys say its Samsungs responsibility. 👍🏻

@davesavedlatin @SamsungTV @currys 4, Two wasted trips to store after being told by @currys that if i take the tv to store they will replace it today in store, however the tv doesnt fit in my car. I have visited store twice who told me they cannot do that.

2, after speaking with @CitizensAdvice they tell me that the issue is with Currys as the TV was bought from them. Spoken with Currys again who now say that because its a different model than what they sold its Samsungs issue. What the hell happened to buyer being protected?
