My neighbor lets the cat they adopted from the streets as a kitten go outside for a while every day so it doesn't feel lonely and can play with its old friends from the streets.

When it's time to come home, the cat goes under the balcony and meows to let its owner know.

My neighbor then lowers a special basket they made for the cat from the balcony and brings their little friend back inside.
