Today, the second part of our investigation looks at the concern Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi flagged most often: Who really controls our electoral rolls?

We followed that question to Goa, where we found something deeply concerning.

> In Goa, 649 voters were heard after a Supreme Court order

> In 97 cases, the ground officers said the deleted voters must be restored

> But the newly launched ECINet app by ECI gave no button to do it

> Only IT team from Delhi could enable it

> Goa EC wrote 8 times in 7 days, requested to implement SC order

> But no response

> A Deputy EC in told the IT that their system cannot block an SC order

> Final roll got published, but those 97 voters are still missing

This is just an example of how Gyanesh Kumar has completely hijacked the system, making it centralised, violating every law & constitutional norms.

If he has the audacity to block an SC order like this, imagine what he must be doing in Bihar or Bengal or Maharashtra in the name of SIR.

Only a SC monitored audit of voter id system can bring the whole truth now.
