@gomechanicindia @GMEscalations @KushalKarwa can you resolve this my mobile number 9886604771..raised complaint on 2nd jan and no resolution till now. Workshop damaged engine with ill fitted oil filter..and no one picks the call and no compensation. Pathetic

@rishapocalypse @GMEscalations @gomechanicindia pathetic service and pathetic customer care once they screw up the car during servicing..nobody responds and no one will care to fix..Just dont go for this guys..Once you raise complaint they conveniently block you

@rishapocalypse I am completely cheated by your gomechanic.. i raised a complaint on 2 nd jan. Nobody bothers to resolve it. Paid 8999 for nothing..fitted wrong oil filter during the service. Engine almost broke and had to get it to original service call me at 9886604771

@rishapocalypse @GMEscalations No wheel alignment and no wheel balancing was done and took the entire amount by cash. When asked for the alignment and balancing reports, no response till now. No compensation for damaging the engine due to fitting of bad engine oil filter

@rishapocalypse And when i complained that my engine oil indicator is blinking continuously after the messed up seevice your service advisors from work shop says it is normal. Could have broken my engine if i continued driving on your workshop advice

@rishapocalypse Useless escalation and customer care departments...nobody bothers to care customers..i dont recommend to any one in my organisation and entire friend circle if customers are treated like this. They never did what was promised in comprehensive service
