Banyakkan berdoa moga kita istiqamah. Takut one day kita pula buat perbuatan itu.
My tips to those in 30s
1. Double down skills that makes you most money. Unlearn and relearn. You must love what you do.
2. Build muscles. Do weights. Doesnt have to be body builder, just stronger.
3. Avoid petty arguments that doesn’t contribute to your life, money and thoughts
4. Watch and document your kids. One day they will turn 12, you miss their short legs
5. Pay in full, dont do loans. If you need to pay 12 months for iPhone, you cant afford it.
6. Apologise and move on. No room for regret, it will weigh you down in your elder years.
7. Dont be a victim, nor play like one. Shut up and move on.
8. Sleep 8 hours minimum at 10pm. Sleep is muscle and mental recovery.
30s is a focus zone.
Keep distractions out.
Control what you can.
